HOW TO STAY SAFE AT SCHOOL AND PREVENT COVID-19

Hey guys! School break is over and it is now time for us to go back to school.
Let’s learn a few things to help us protect ourselves from Covid-19 (Coronavirus) when we are at school.
1.       Wear face mask when you go out.
2.       Remember to wash your hand at least 30 second with soap and water or hand sanitizer.
3.       Do not touch your eyes, mouth and nose.
4.       Stand at least 6 feet apart from others.
5.       Make sure you exercise, eat healthy food and drink water regularly.
6.       Always eat and drink from your own dish and cup.
7.       Use elbow bump to greet others.
8.       If you have any symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat or tiredness, please ask your parents to call your doctor to get a test.
By following these instructions above, we will know how to stay safe at school and prevent Covid-19 when we go back to school this season.
Here are a few items that can help you prevent Covid-19 (Coronavirus) at school:
1. Face mask
2. Hand sanitizer
3. Personal water bottle
4. Personal lunch box and cutlery set.
We should also make sure that we wash our hand in a correct way to “chase” all the germs and viruses away!
1.       Wet your hands with tap water.
2.       Apply soap or hand sanitizer.
3.       Rub both of your palms together.
4.       Rub the back of your hands together.
5.       Scrub between your fingers
And scrub the back of your fingers.
6.       Clean the thumbs and wash your fingertips.
7.       Rinse your hands and dry with towel.

Make sure that you spend at least 30 second to wash your hand.
